		<description>I had a great class last night and I don&#039;t think I slept for more then 3 hours.  Its nice to hear others have the same trouble.  I&#039;ll try getting up and see if what you do helps me, next time.  Thanks for the comment, Chris.</description>

		<description>I know just how you feel :-). It&#039;s a sad addiction, isn&#039;t it?

I just had a week off due to a minor shoulder injury and the sleeping was getting worse and worse. It wasn&#039;t the shoulder that didn&#039;t let me sleep, it was waking up tense. After a good BJJ session yesterday, I slept brilliantly last night.

I&#039;ve had other nights, where I woke up hot and bothered and tense because evidently, I&#039;d been dreaming about grappling and my semi-comatose mind wouldn&#039;t let go of some specific issue. I get up, have a walk around, have a drink and then generally I&#039;m good to go back to sleep (unless my body is battered and bruised more than usual from the last BJJ/MMA session, then I need to find a non-painful position first...).

I agree, a grappling dummy would be great for when you have withdrawal systems :-)</description>
