Jiujitsu roll! That's awesome. Sounds good actually. My sister in law comes over later, so I'll have her help me with a recipe. She works at Happy Sumo, which is also pretty good.

This so totally rocks man! Tona is my favorite local sushi joint. The Jiu Jitsu Roll looks right tasty man!

I'm thinking a Katsu (deep fried pork cutlet) center with fried egg. According to wikipedia " "katsu" is a homophone of the verb 勝つ katsu, meaning "to win" or "to be victorious". " A properly timed arm bar is dang effective.

The major point of interest in the arm bar is the elbow, so how about starting off with a mild sauce on both ends, but at the middle it's hot and spicy? Like solo big glob of wasabi burning your sinuses out of your head hot. Eh, maybe not with pork.

Wrap this up in rice paper instead of sea weed.

No eel. I just don't dig the eel.
